We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and there was plenty of open space in the common area, plus a balcony with lovely views of the harbor and ocean. The hotel is less than a five-minute walk from the ferry harbor. Breakfast was very good. We had an early ferry to catch, and manager Carlos made us a takeaway breakfast. He's warm, helpful, very nice, and speaks English well.

The view was open and relaxing, and the room and bathroom were spotless. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were so friendly. This was the best place I've stayed in the Galapagos. On checkout day, we went to Tortuga Bay Beach and came back completely soaked in 30°C weather to collect our luggage. The owner kindly offered us towels and a bathroom to freshen up for free. Such a thoughtful, touching surprise. Thank you to him for the help. I'll definitely recommend this place to friends.

We had the upstairs suite, which was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony and a harbor view. Breakfast had plenty of choices and the service was friendly. The management team were welcoming and always ready to help. It's near the pier and restaurants, and great value.

The staff were the real standout, greeting us warmly and doing whatever they could to help. Laundry cost just $3, which was a very good price. Rooms were clean and spacious, and the building and area felt safe. There was a nice balcony overlooking the bay, plus a shared dining and living area where you could prepare your own food. Beach towels were free, coffee was available in the lobby in the mornings, and breakfast was a great bonus. Galápagos Grill next door is perfect for snacks and meals. I'd highly recommend staying here. Thank you.

The balcony had a stunning sea view, and the location was excellent. It's a basic hotel, but very clean. Reception were super friendly and always helpful with great recommendations. I can recommend staying here.
