Daphne welcomed us so warmly and always had an answer to what guests needed. Madeline was a star, so kind and attentive, and made amazing drinks that added to the stay. The hotel itself was modern and chic with a minimal feel, and everything was clean. You’d regularly see someone sweeping or wiping things down. The setting is breathtaking, with the backyard right on the water and picturesque views. Breakfast was 10/10, tasty and with options for nearly any diet or craving. The one downside was the ongoing construction, though I was out on tours around the neighboring islands from early morning until late at night, so I didn’t hear much of it. I’m pleased with the experience, would definitely go back and recommend it.

This was my third time in Galapagos, and the most memorable visit. The brand-new hotel facilities were great, and the location is unbeatable. Breakfast at the restaurant was substantial enough to keep us going through most of a day trip to the islands, and Madeline from El Barranco's team served us with great care. The main bar and pool were both excellent, and Geremias looked after us kindly. Daphne was always happy to help at the front desk. Jobeth led the whole wonderful experience, guiding us and connecting us with an unforgettable trip agenda.

Everything was absolutely perfect: wonderful room, great food, super clean, and lovely staff. My only gripe was seeing guests eat and drink in the pool and jacuzzi, especially with their kids, and get food in the water. Since it’s a chic boutique hotel, I wish guests would show a little respect, or maybe eating in the pool should be banned.

The scenery and animas were amazing, and I felt completely safe here as a young woman travelling. The place is so clean and the people are very kind. Marco will take care of all your every needs, and Geremias makes the best drinks. The hotel goes above and beyond to accommodate you, just ask and they’ll make it happen. Best place I’ve travelled to. Come here! Come here! Come here!

The pool and hot tub are beautiful, and from the bar area overlooking the end of the bay you can see turtles and sharks swimming. My room was large and nicely decorated, and the staff were very friendly. It’s a lovely new hotel, with a little work still going on that I think is due to be finished early 2026. The location is at the end of town but close to everything. I stayed on 3 Islands in the Galapagos, and this was my favourite hotel and Island. I’d stay here again if I return.
