The place was clean, in a quiet area, and the staff were friendly. It was almost exactly what we expected, though there were a few issues. The bathroom tap didn’t work, so I used the shower to wash my hands. We were told about an extra charge only afterward, which isn’t a big deal, but should have been explained when booking. The Wi-Fi was really poor, slow and coming and going. Still recommendable!

The owner was really nice and helpful, and the room was clean, air conditioned, and had a comfortable bed. The location is quite far from the center of Santa Cruz, but that didn’t bother us much. It’s a 15-30 minutes walk or a short taxi ride. Unfortunately, the internet didn’t work in our room.

The hosts are friendly and clearly care about how your stay goes. I loved how clean and well cared for the place was, and you can’t beat the price. Highly recommend!
