The staff made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They were kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping, with useful tour tips and restaurant recommendations. The property is cozy, beautiful, very clean, and carefully maintained. The photos don't quite capture how much nicer it is in person. Its Santa Cruz location made it easy to explore, join tours, and visit nearby restaurants and attractions. I'd definitely stay here again.
Juan Carlos and Elvira were wonderful hosts. Their local advice for tours and restaurants really added to our Galápagos trip, and they helped us with taxis and answered our questions with warmth and professionalism. The hotel is well placed for walking to the main attractions, restaurants, and waterfront. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well kept. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, and I really appreciated how accommodating they were about my gluten-free diet. We felt welcomed and cared for from arrival to departure, and I can't wait to return.

The architecture is stunning, and they seem to have thought of everything. There's filtered water in each room, plus towels for the shower and pool. The pool is small but just right for cooling off after a sweaty day. Staff were welcoming and spoke perfect English, and they offered restaurant discounts and good island tour options. It's only a few blocks from the water, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!
Juan, the owner, made our stay special. He's incredibly kind and welcoming, and you can tell this family-run place takes pride in its work. Check-in was smooth, and breakfast each morning was freshly made and delicious. Our room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds, strong hot showers, and air conditioning that worked really well. Filtered drinking water in the room was appreciated since the island's tap water isn't drinkable. The inn is on a quiet street where you can relax at night, yet just a couple blocks from Puerto Ayora's main street, restaurants, and within easy walking distance of the Charles Darwin Research Station. I'd absolutely recommend it for a clean, comfortable stay at good value in the Galapagos.
