The staff were wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They gave recommendations and helped arrange tours and transport. On my last day, they booked an early taxi and packed a breakfast to go with a sandwich, juice, crackers, and fruit. I felt safe as a solo female traveler in the Galápagos, and the hotel helped me feel even more comfortable. They lock the main door at night and give you a key. Even though it’s on a main road, I didn’t find it loud. The pool was small but a good temperature, and I loved taking a quick dip to cool down and decompress after a tour. The location was great for walking around town, with a small market and pharmacy right across the street. There’s a water station, which is handy since tap water in the Galápagos isn’t drinkable, and they left a jug of water each morning for brushing teeth. My room was clean and had plenty of space, closet room, and bathroom hooks and shelves. They did light cleaning daily and left fresh towels, which was especially useful after tours when I’d bring in sand. The AC worked perfectly, a must in the heat. I had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend it.

The hotel was in the middle of everything, with free water, a smoking area, and good availability. We stayed four nights as a couple. Breakfast was really nice, with lots of bread, fruit, and even yogurt with crunch. The room was clean but kind of small, with little room to store things or hang wet clothes and towels, especially in the bathroom. It wasn’t a big problem, though. And there’s the cute cat Coca :)

We stayed three nights in May and had a fantastic time, especially thanks to José Carlos. He was friendly, very accommodating, full of great local tips, and went out of his way to help us during our time on the island. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, the showers were nice and hot, and breakfast was delicious. Everything was easy to reach on foot, and communication was straightforward throughout. Thanks, José, for taking such great care of us!

The staff were awesome and the location was perfect, just five minutes from the main pier. The pool could have been a little cleaner, but I’d definitely stay here again.

I was here for a work trip because it was close to my workplace. The rooms were very clean, the service was friendly, and they made me breakfast early on a few days, which I appreciated. The location is great, and I’d be happy to stay here again.
