It's a very unusual building, and I liked how quirky it was. The small pool was much too cold for me, though. As with the rest of the islands, the guys here were so friendly and helpful. We got a lovely, warm welcome and checked in quickly. The rooms are a really good size. My shower was missing its showerhead attachment, which made for an interesting experience, especially with the water temperature feeling like Russian roulette. Breakfast was freshly cooked, the Wi-Fi was about as good as it seems to get on the beautiful Galapagos Islands, and the shops and restaurants are an easy walk away.

The rooms were clean, with AC and refrigerators, and the hotel is well located. What really stood out was how friendly everyone was, from the front of house to room service and the morning breakfast staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after. A wonderful Galápagos hotel experience.

We arrived without a booking and the hotel found room for us for 4 nights. We were really pleased with the comfortable rooms, hot water, air conditioning, and friendly staff. We'd originally booked hostel vista al mar, but came here after seeing the condition of the room we had reserved there. Thank you, Coloma, for saving our trip to Santa Cruz.

It felt like a home away from home, and I'd return in a heartbeat. We spent 4 nights here without any problems. The rooms are unusual, with comfortable beds and great pillows. Breakfast starts at 06:30, which was brilliant for getting food before tours or leaving for the airport with plenty of time. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and gave us ideas for how to spend our free time nearby. The customer service was exceptional. ❤️ Thanks for making our stay so wonderful 😁

The women working in the kitchen were so friendly and quick to bring out the hot breakfast, which really helped with our early tour starts. We stayed in January and loved our visit. The rooms were clean, the port was a 10-minute walk away, and breakfast was nice and different each day, with an egg dish, yogurt, fruit, bread, coffee, and juice.
