The family was nice, and it's close to the bus station, but it was really hot.

Laundry was efficient, and so was the cafeteria. The location is a strong point: close to the bus terminal and downtown Lago Agrio, but in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. The service feels personal and friendly, and the price is good for what you get.

I had a really bad experience. One of my things went missing from the room, and they said it could have been mixed in with the trash. I don't see how something that doesn't even look like rubbish could be mistaken for it and "thrown away." Each day, they also left my shoes sticking out from under the bed as if they'd just been tossed there, instead of moving them aside to sweep. The service was definitely bad, and I don't recommend staying here.
