The breakfast buffet was a real highlight, with different kinds of food, including delicious encebollado, and the pool was great too. My room was clean and modern, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help with whatever I needed. One of the best hotels I've stayed in. I really recommend it.

The bungalows are charming, and our room was fine, with a good view from the balcony. We ended up staying several extra days after a motorcycle crash and injury cut short our round-Ecuador tour. The staff were really nice, super friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel cared for.

The service and the stay were great, and the air conditioning was still comfortable enough for a good night's sleep even though it didn't get very cool. I'd certainly come back.

Having breakfast included made our stay memorable, and the rooms were clean with great amenities. The location is convenient for reaching key places in the city. The walk to the beach goes through city streets, though we learned there aren't really beachfront accommodations with direct beach access in the city itself. I traveled with small kids, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. That was very welcome.
