Hostal Blue Pacific

I've been here all week, and it's been a lovely stay. The room was comfortable and VERY clean. Breakfast is included, and it was fresh, tasty, and filling: mine had fresh fruit, eggs, toast, coffee, and freshly squeezed juice. This morning it was pineapple juice. The staff have been amazing and went out of their way to help me. I'm thinking about opening a restaurant here, and they let me use their facilities to prepare a meal for a tasting. The hotel owner was in town seeing patients at his ophthalmology practice and sat with us talking until the early hours. I learned so much about Ecuador. Jessica, the owner's sister-in-law, also runs a business in town and was a wonderful hostess. She gave me several great ideas for doing my due diligence. I'll definitely stay here again when I return.
