There was no breakfast, despite the listing saying there would be, and they had dogs loose around the property, which didn’t feel safe. I found the staff disrespectful and got no refund or alternative accommodation. They take no responsibility for customer service or guests’ well-being. It felt like all they cared about was getting our money. Very disturbing and distasteful, and I’ll never support this place again. NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE!

The hostel is near most of the town’s attractions, and the room was very clean with good internet. Luis, the owner, took good care of us. I’d recommend staying here.

They care about the money, not your stay, and the customer service is horrible. I don’t think they care about your safety either. Staying here would waste your money. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The people are nice, the place is nice, and the location is good. The one downside is getting the same breakfast every day.

The people were really nice and polite, and the hostel was nice too. We stayed three days, but the breakfast was the same each morning. Eating the same thing every day wasn’t very nice.
