We had room #4, a small room with a double bed, AC, a small TV, and a router/access point for wifi. The shower was big, with good pressure and temperature, and the bed was fairly comfortable. You can hear a lot from the hall and front desk because the soundproofing is poor. It was raining, and the metal roof over the outside bar got really loud. Apart from that, it was a great spot for the price, especially being 900m from the airport for an early flight.

It's a nice hotel with friendly staff, and you can walk to the airport. But the rooms are extremely loud, almost like sleeping on the street. Breakfast doesn't start until 07:30, which is late for an airport hotel when Galapagos flights leave at 8 am.

The people in charge are kind and ready to give good service, and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is minimal, with not much choice. It's a bit loud, though not enough to bother me.

Across the six hotels we stayed in on this trip, this one gave us the best customer service. It was clean and had a nice pool, though I wish we'd had a chance to use it. The service really was amazing.
