4/10
The hotel is nice, with quality rooms, safe parking, good breakfast, and polite management. The WiFi wasn’t set up properly, but once it started working it worked well. I was still unhappy because the cleaning staff had searched through my suitcase. Nothing was taken, as I had nothing valuable in it, but my belongings were clearly moved. The clothes on top were folded neatly, even though I roll mine to save space.

The area feels safe, and the hotel has parking. The mixed bolon breakfast was spectacular. Everything is always clean, and the staff are attentive and friendly. Excellent service.

Restaurants are an easy walk from this hotel in Barbasquillo, a safe, tourist-friendly area. The place itself feels clean, comfortable, and secure, with parking on site and hot water. Breakfast was tasty and filling, with juice, fruit, bolón, eggs, and coffee.

We came as a university group of 90, and the whole stay was awful. They went into our rooms and moved our things without permission, then charged us $1.50 for an extra service we hadn't asked for. My roommate and I lost our keys. We were told replacements cost $5, but were charged $8 that morning. Staff said replacing them right when we lost them would have cost $10. Now the rule has changed again, and anyone who loses a key pays $16, even the first time. There was hair in the food, and kitchen staff weren't wearing hairnets.

The waiter was really rude, and Bravo. Breakfast was plain with very little variety. They seem to charge for everything, and I hadn't been told cleaning would cost extra.
