The food was bland and didn't feel like good quality, and the customer service made the visit even worse. We came for lunch after someone recommended the hotel, then asked a woman who seemed to be the owner to split the bill. She was rude and arrogant about it. Honestly, the customer service was a disgrace.

The food was excellent, and the rooms were very comfortable. Service was top-notch too. I'd recommend it 100%.
