The cabins are comfortable, very clean, and sit beautifully in the natural surroundings. You can have morning coffee while birdwatching among all that greenery, a pretty special way to start the day. Carmen and Ignacio are warm, thoughtful hosts, and we felt so welcome that we extended our stay because we didn't want to leave. La Roulette has a distinctive Swiss feel in its design and menu. The fondue was even better than the ones we tried in Switzerland, and the pizza campesina suiza was unforgettable too. Breakfast was fresh and carefully made, with tropical fruit, homemade bread, and confiture combining tropical flavors. It's a peaceful, intimate spot for getting away from daily stress and noise, and slowing down for a while. We'll definitely be back soon.

There are so many hummingbirds and other birds around, which makes the atmosphere wonderful. We came for dinner and loved it. Everyone was really friendly, and the food was delicious. The pizza was especially tasty, with an amazing crust. When we return, we'd definitely stay here too :)

We spent two nights here as a family traveling from the USA with our kids, ages 6 and 7. The peaceful, beautiful property has rustic cabins that feel just right for Mindo, and the food was great. Ignacio and his wife treat you as if you're in their own home, and you can tell they take real pride in the place. When our son got sick, Ignacio went to the pharmacy himself to get medication for him. The service was excellent. We'll be back!

The restaurant food was absolutely delicious, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel like family. We were greeted as soon as we arrived and shown to our cozy room, which had a beautiful bathroom. We knew we'd picked the right place from the start. Two thumbs up, and I'll definitely return. Thanks for such a great stay.
