Poseidon Lodging

Gustavo was hospitable, and that was the one bright spot. I came with my young daughter expecting warm water and a pool, but the pool didn’t look like the photo and there was no warm water. Parking was awful, since you have to leave the car on the street. The beach isn’t nearby, the road is in poor condition, and walking back was a problem. Everything else was bad.

Gustavo is a great person and clearly works hard to give good service. The hotel itself is in poor shape and badly located, though, and it’s obvious it hasn’t been renovated in a long time. There’s no parking, the streets are in terrible condition, and there’s no hot water. Loud music carries in during the early hours. It doesn’t come from the hotel, but you can hear it clearly.

The young man working there was very friendly, but the facilities were in poor condition. We visited in peak season, and the experience was bad. Parking is on the street, which is completely ruined, and the bathroom was in bad shape with rusty pipes.

Such a different and enjoyable stay. The welcoming spaces and personal attention for each guest made it feel special, and the staff were incredibly friendly.
