The place was clean and welcoming, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating when I had several questions. Great value, too.

The owner was very kind, and the market square is only a few minutes away on foot.

The rooms were clean, and Plaza de los Ponchos is just three blocks away. Alex was a great host, providing water, breakfast, and laundry, and even arranging a taxi to Laguna de Cuicocha with helpful tips about Otavalo. A lovely spot to unwind and enjoy the area. I highly recommend it and plan to return.
