We came yesterday for a pool day with my family, and the food and service were outstanding. Tito looked after us so well, brought towels and a blanket, and stayed attentive to what we needed. The buildings look nice and the view is lovely. One issue: the pool edges near the beach were slippery and slimy, like they needed a scrub. Great food and cocktails, an easy check-in, and an awesome server.

For $187 a night, I expected the room to be properly stocked and looked after. There was no toilet paper, hand towel, or bath mat, and the shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned or cared for in a while. Service was slow, nobody smiled, and helping us seemed like a chore. The drinks cost a lot and came in plastic cups. If a cocktail is $12, I'd expect a proper glass and a smile. The included meals were cheap and tasteless. Maybe this was a nice place 20 years ago, but it needs some care. I wouldn't recommend it or come back.

The pool was dirty, and there were kids swimming without swim diapers. Disgusting. The all-inclusive stay wasn't worth the price, the liquor was cheap, and it didn't feel very kid-friendly. They couldn't even make a couple of virgin piña coladas for the kids. Getting here wasn't worth the effort or the money. Biggest mistake ever. If I could, I'd give it zero. I'll never recommend this place.

A nice place with good service, but the $30 paella para dos we had for lunch two days ago should have been more filling. There was hardly any fish, and the callamare was almost nowhere to be seen.

The rooms were comfortable, modern, and very clean, and the resort itself is beautiful and feels exclusive. There’s a private beach, a pleasant pool area, an upper-class restaurant, a beach bar, and a cocktail lounge overlooking the sea. They don’t offer or arrange nearby excursions, unfortunately, but they’ll help you organize one yourself.
