The hotel, pools, and beach were great. But avoid the chicken nuggets at the restaurant with the little waterfalls. I got Norovirus and projectile vomited four times, with uncontrollable diarrhea. It could have been from touching animals beforehand, though. This happened in summer 2024.

The food was very good and the events were interesting, but getting things booked was slow and complicated. Booking the shuttle through the call service took four days, and when we arrived, getting our wristbands and keys at reception took over two hours. For the price, we expected better.

The food was terrible, and we left after just one night. Before that, we waited over 30 minutes outside because the guard wouldn’t even let us into the parking lot, then spent another hour at reception. My wife has dietary restrictions, but the staff didn’t know anything about allergies. She ate what they recommended and ended up sick. The music from their “disco” was extremely loud until 2 a.m. We’re still waiting for our refund.

The beach and location were the best parts, and the people were great. The weather was awesome too. But for what they charge, there’s a lot they need to improve. The rooms weren’t as advertised, felt like one-star rooms, and need updating. They offer massages, but had only one person working and couldn’t fit my group of four in. That was one of the reasons we booked. The food was okay, but the cafeteria was horribly disgusting because more than 50 cats and kittens walk throughout it. That’s nasty, especially if you dislike cats or have allergies. At this price, that’s unacceptable. Good place, but we won’t be back.
