Hostal el Balcón Quito

A big plus is how close it is to El Ejido Park and the Metro, Trolleybus, and Ecovía. The place is fairly clean, though odors could be addressed better. Some rooms are very small, and the infrastructure is quite old, including the beds and bathrooms.

It's an affordable option in a good location, and the service is good. The rooms are small and could use better ventilation. Overall, it's fine.

The facilities are basic, and the staff weren't helpful when I placed orders. The double rooms are extremely small and have no windows. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

There's no cable TV, like DirectV, and visitors can't come by unless they pay as if they were guests.
