I've had the good fortune to stay at this hotel, maybe twice. The rooms were large, the price was excellent, and the service was high quality. It may be the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in Latin America.

The breakfast was the highlight for me, with tasty food and fresh local fruit, and the staff were very friendly. The location works well for all kinds of travelers, close to restaurants, supermarkets, and a large gift market. The international airport is about 45 minutes away. Rooms are clean and quite comfortable, though smaller than US hotel rooms. My only room complaint so far is the lack of AC. With this mild climate, I can see why heating or cooling might not seem necessary, but it'd be nice to control the air quality and humidity. I guess I'd give it five stars?

A spacious, clean room and a handy location near El Parque Ejido and the National Theater. It's a very nice older hotel.

The stadium across the way was really noisy, but breakfast was good. The people were nice, and the rainforest shower head was great.

The staff were nice and the rooms clean. Nothing fancy, but it does the basics well and works nicely for somewhere to spend the night.
