I felt safe walking around the premises, and it was easy to walk to stores and shopping centers. They made me feel like family, helping with whatever I needed and sharing useful information that made my stay comfortable.

I arrived around midnight, even though I'd let them know well in advance when my flight was coming in. Nobody was there to pick me up, so I had to take a taxi. Expedia had listed a free airport shuttle, but I couldn't reach the hotel to reconfirm, and Expedia also tried to contact them for me. When I got there, the approach felt like going through a ghetto, with graffiti everywhere, people hanging around who looked shady, and the place boarded or caged in. I was afraid to get out because it looked so dangerous, and I didn't think I would have survived the night. This was a HORRIBLE place. I want to warn others, and I personally think it should be removed from Expedia.

My room faced the street, so it got a bit noisy at night. The place itself was clean and comfortable, and there was good parking for my moto.

The staff are very friendly, and the rooms are always spotless. A cozy place, 100% repaired.
