The owner was lovely and ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was clean, spacious, had a good view, and felt secure. It's very close to the Old Town and all the sights. We'd gladly stay here again on our next trip to Quito, and I'd definitely recommend it.

The rooftop balcony has fantastic views, and the owner was friendly, attentive, and nice. The place was clean, well kept, and full of charm. It was also cheaper and much better than the previous two places I stayed in Quito.

It's very basic and very cheap, and the staff are friendly. Hot water can be a bit hit or miss, which seems to happen often in Ecuador.

The internet was awful, so I couldn't give it five stars. Otherwise, the rooms were really clean, the beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of blankets to stay warm.
