The room turned out bigger and better than I expected for the price. The people were friendly and very helpful. It’s only a few bucks by taxi to plaza foch. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The location makes it easy to get to the important spots, and the place was spotless. The owner was warm, helpful, and full of personality. Breakfast was a real highlight: I expected the same thing each morning, but the menu changed and everything tasted great. The rooms were lovely too. When I’m back, I’ll stay here first.

We came from Spain with my family in November and left really happy with our stay. The place is peaceful and well located, just what we wanted for a vacation. The owners were attentive and welcoming, the rooms were comfortable, and we enjoyed both the food and breakfast. Someone had recommended it to us, and I’d give it a 10. I absolutely recommend it.

Fernando went out of his way to make us feel welcome, and it worked. The house is in great shape and very clean. He also made us a delicious breakfast, shared useful Quito tips, and gave us a ride to the bus station. Thanks, Fernando!
