Francisco & Fabian in the lounge deserve a special thanks for the cake. The fitness center was phenomenal, and I enjoyed the spa too, which felt nice and private. Service from every employee was warm and gracious from the moment I arrived. I sometimes show up after climbing mountains looking a bit rough, and they still made me feel welcome right away. Just wow. I’ll definitely come back when I visit one of my favorite places.

The staff really work to take care of what you need, and the service and amenities were excellent. The room had a wonderful shower, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. I also loved the spacious fitness room and its equipment, along with the atrium lobby and cascading waterfalls.

Right in the heart of Quito, this hotel felt like a peaceful oasis amid the busy downtown. There are plenty of food options, and the rooms and bathrooms are very nice. The staff couldn’t have been better. I had an outstanding stay.

8/10
The staff were outstanding. We accidentally left something in our room, and they kept it safe until we came back to Quito. The front desk really went above and beyond. The hotel itself has spacious, comfortable rooms, an attractive lobby with several good restaurants and bars, and an excellent breakfast buffet with lots of choices. For tourists, the location is the drawback: it’s about 45 min from the airport and several miles from old town.

We arrived to attentive staff and excellent service. When my travel partner’s bag didn’t arrive, they quickly arranged laundry and had it done within two hours. After a long day touring with HX, we came back to hot towels and hot chocolate, and the restaurants served excellent food. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious, and clearly understands customer service. We recommend it!
