There’s plenty of parking, and the owners are attentive to guests throughout. The hostel is small and doesn’t offer many amenities, but it feels safe. It’s in a good spot, close to Simón Bolívar Avenue and almost on the Rumiñahui Main Highway.

I asked politely for help with a billing problem, but they still haven’t helped me. That’s why I’m lowering my rating. The customer service was good otherwise, but check your bill when it’s issued.

The view was great, and both the location and customer service were excellent. Thank you for looking after us so well.

The price, location and comfort all earn it five stars from me. It was very clean and good, with lovely scenery in the mornings and evenings.
