The photos make the rooms look better than they are, and the area felt a bit dangerous at night. I stayed one night. The room was okay, though morning traffic was noisy. I checked in alone, then my friend arrived later. We checked out and left our bags while we walked around the city. When we returned, staff said we owed extra because two of us had stayed, though only one person had checked in. I understand an extra charge for a second guest, but they wanted more than double what I'd paid, even though we hadn't eaten breakfast. That felt dishonest and unfair. It would have cost less to book a second room than share one. When I tried to negotiate, they said I was trying to rob them and threatened to call the police.

A basic but comfortable room, with a hot shower. The staff were kind, and you can walk to Quito's sights from here.

The main drawback is how much sound carries. I could hear everything from outside very early in the morning. Still, the room was clean and cozy, security was good, and the location is ideal for walking to Old Town sights. A few restaurants and a convenience store are nearby. An absolute hidden gem! 💎

There's a great view over the city from the top floor, and it's only a short walk to the historic part of town. The rooms are very comfortable, with hot water and a fridge of your own. There's also a kitchen for cooking and a lounge to relax in. Honestly, you get more for your money than you'd expect at this price. This will definitely be my hotel whenever I'm in Quito.
