We just arrived, so I can't really judge the location yet, but the service has been wonderful. Everyone has been attentive, kind, thoughtful, and helpful. The room and property are very clean and charming. The mattress is firm yet soft and incredibly comfortable, and I like that they offer two pillow options. They also provide a nutritious, healthy breakfast at no extra charge.

The price felt fair, and the staff were very friendly. I felt safe at the hotel. Hot water was sometimes a challenge, though I think that’s common in Ecuador.

They were helpful with every request, even keeping our bags secure for several days while we traveled. Nicole was especially sweet. The hotel was beautiful and clean, with a great location and incredible service. We had an amazing stay.

They even arranged breakfast early because we had to leave for a hike, and helped with our laundry. The location is great, and the service was friendly. They also stored our luggage while we were in Galapagos.

The rooms were solid and had a distinctive design, and I felt safe and secure there. The service and breakfast were top-notch. I’d definitely stay again.
