There's a street light on the corner, and buses stop in front pretty often. I arrived at noon to find the cafe empty, though it was still open. The breakfast omelette with cheese and ham was great, $3, and a mango juice on the side was $1.

The restaurant is very good, and so is the service. If you speak Spanish and can communicate what you want, the service is excellent!
