We left after just one night, and we're still waiting for a refund. Getting in was a struggle: the guard kept us outside the property for over 30 minutes and wouldn't even let us into the parking lot, then reception took another hour. The food was terrible. My wife has dietary restrictions, but the staff didn't know about allergies. She followed their recommendation and got sick. On top of that, the disco music was extremely loud until 2 a.m.

The food was very good and the events were interesting, but everything around booking and arrival was slow and complicated. It took four days to book the shuttle through the call service, and getting our wristbands and keys at reception took more than two hours. For what it cost, we expected better.

Getting in and out of the resort was a bit difficult. Apart from that, it was five-star.

The beach and location were the best parts, and the people were great. The weather was awesome too. But for what they charge, there’s a lot they need to improve. The rooms didn’t match the advertising and felt like one-star rooms that need updating. I booked partly because they offered massages, but there was only one person working, so my group of four couldn’t get them. The food was okay, though the cafeteria felt horribly disgusting with over 50 cats and kittens wandering through it. That’s especially bad if you don’t like cats or have allergies. We won’t be back.
