We only stayed for two hours, and the whole experience put me off going back. After we arrived, they said they knew nothing about my online reservation. It had included pool use, but then we found out the pool was only for events. I'd requested a double bed for my husband, son, and me. At first they gave us a room with a bunk bed and a double bed, then called us after two hours to say it wasn't our room. They moved us to a small room with a queen-size bed, so my husband had to sleep on the floor. I'm not going back.

The room was dirty when we went in, and there was no window facing the street. While traveling through Ecuador, this was the first time anyone treated me like a thief. A guy threatened to throw me out because I was late for checkout. The worst hotel I've ever been to.
