The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the internet works really well. The owner is attentive too. I keep coming back whenever I’m in Riobamba. It’s a little far from the center, but having your own car makes that easy.

I was kept awake for about three hours by staff and some other people throwing water from the hostel terrace with a cup. It dripped onto a small slab over the main entrance and made a lot of noise right by my window. Guests should be treated well and left in peace at night. I had a terrible experience and don’t recommend this hostel. A 4-star or 5-star hotel may offer better service and usually includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The hosts were especially attentive, and the rooms were clean. It’s a welcoming, family-friendly place for groups, with a large cafeteria. Highly recommended.

The food was top-notch, and the service was excellent. Rooms were clean, and the area was quiet. It’s also close to the main avenue. Highly recommended.
