The hotel is practically connected to the airport, inside a new mall, with the entrance close to domestic departures. My wife and I are staying here overnight before our Galapagos cruise. Our room is a comfortable size for two, with modern fittings and a comfortable bed. The internet was fast enough to stream the Olympic curling gold medal game without a hitch. They provided one bottle of water, and there’s a refill station on the floor. Since Google hadn’t reassured me much about Quito’s drinking water, we asked for more bottles and they brought them to our room very quickly. They also surprised us with a nicely decorated slice of cake for my upcoming birthday, without us asking. I’m Bonvoy Titanium and chose the free breakfast option. It starts at 6:30 a.m.; we’re planning to eat quickly, then walk over to the airport to meet our tour group. There’s a hotel restaurant with local beers on tap and a basic menu that includes some ecuadorian foods. We only stopped there for snacks, then took an uber to the nearby small town for dinner. The mall’s food choices are mostly food-court style. Strongly recommend for a night before a connecting flight or Galapagos tour.

Our room was an hour late, but the staff handled the delay expertly and made sure we were comfortable and happy. They’re very friendly and the customer service is top notch. The rooms are clean and modern. I’d highly recommend the Courtyard Quito Airport.

The staff were cheerful, professional, and helpful across the board, from the friendly receptionist Luis to the breakfast area team. The hotel had only been open for two days, so there were a few minor teething problems, but the staff more than made up for them. It’s conveniently placed across from the international airport and within walking distance. There’s a food court out front, and the rooms are spacious, with modern appliances. Well done, keep up the good work!

We checked in on the very first day, and the staff were already polished, professional, and on point. Everything is brand new, and the rooms are comfortable and well equipped. With the airport nearby and a food court just outside the front entrance, the location makes things very convenient. Highly recommended.

I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels for work and leisure as a lifetime Marriott status member, so it was an honor to be here on opening day. This new addition really gets it right: attentive staff, impeccable rooms, and an incredible location, just 20 seconds from departures, with a small food court nearby. Five stars all around. Just wonderful!
