The owner, Robert, showed us around. He grew up in the area, knows the jungle inside out, and speaks perfect English. The family running the place are all very friendly. Fantastic spot, highly recommend it.

Grand Selva made my Amazon trip unforgettable. I wanted a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, and it really was. My four-night, five-day package was organized extremely well, and the lodge felt peaceful and authentic, with Ecuadorian culture alongside cozy comforts. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe and at ease from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless and free of mosquitoes. Everyone was welcoming and kind, and I felt more like family than a guest. Karin made sure my stay went smoothly and felt cared for, and Junior was my guide for the whole adventure. The tours were professionally organized, and the warmth of the staff made the experience special. I highly recommend Grand Selva for a memorable, authentic Amazon trip.

The tours were well planned, and our guide was fantastic: knowledgeable, engaging, and keen to make sure we had a good time. After the outings, the pool was a lovely place to unwind. The dogs on the property looked imposing at first, but they were gentle and adorable, and we loved having them around. Everything went smoothly, just as the website described, and the host family kept checking that we were all right. They made us feel welcome from the start. The food was tasty and filling, and our room was spacious, with a clean bathroom and dependable hot water, a real plus in the jungle. We booked a four-day all-inclusive stay at Grand Selva jungle Lodge and really enjoyed the tours. The staff were very nice, and the lodge is in a calm, peaceful area. We had a lovely stay.
