Hotel Christian Palace

A lovely place!

Some rooms are nice, but others are badly run down or neglected. I’ve been shown photos of the best rooms and then given an ugly one when I arrived. Once I even found this in a bathroom (photo). The buffet breakfast was good, though it isn’t available every day, and the rooms aren’t cleaned properly after guests check out. For the price, I’d consider other options.

The resort stay they give you for free was beautiful, and the place itself isn’t bad overall. But the staff took away from the experience. They seemed more interested in their phones than in customers’ questions or needs, and sometimes left reception unattended, which made me feel Tena wasn’t safe.

The food was terrible, with low-quality bologna and flies on the fruit. My first room had a dirty toilet seat on the floor, and the pillow was covered in hair when I took the case off. I didn’t complain, just asked to change rooms. In the new one, pigeons cooed all night and the towels were dirty. The hotel is run down, with old furniture that hasn’t been maintained.
