The young woman working there was very helpful and nice, definitely a 5/5 for her. But the hostel itself wasn't good enough for us to stay, so we decided to leave. It wouldn't consider a refund or any other solution. We arrived two minutes after closing, and they said a worker had to wait for us. They also argued that someone else could have booked the room, even though the entire hostel was completely empty. The service overall was poor, and it was an unpleasant experience.

I wouldn't recommend booking here. The quality is poor, and the administrators are rude and unhelpful.

The rooms are clean and look normal, and it's in a good location. It was one of the more affordable places there, too. The ventilation in the room kept disturbing my sleep, and it was a bit cool at night.

Breakfast was good, and the location is convenient, with a gym, health trail, and pull-up bar complex nearby. The decor is a little dated, though, and the restrooms have a strong, unpleasant smell.
