The breakfast was decent, and having vegetarian choices was a real plus. Most of the staff were kind, but we had an unpleasant moment when an older employee began shouting at us. Another worker had kindly shown us where we could leave our bikes inside the hotel. The place itself was simple and adequately equipped.

The receptionist kept staring whenever I walked past, like I was some kind of elephant. I'm a young tan man, so apparently turning up in Kuressaare seemed odd to her. Breakfast was terrible, everything cold, and I don't remember being offered tea or coffee. There wasn't a kettle in the room either. The stay was good in some ways, just far from perfect.

About a five-minute walk gets you to the city center, which was a great location. The room was fine and our towels were clean, though there was no hairdryer. It was hot inside, with no AC. Breakfast was included, but nothing stood out, and the coffee was a bit weak. Pretty much what you'd expect from a three-ish star hotel.

Free parking and just a short walk to the city center. The rooms were clean and pleasant, with a fridge and TV. Comfortable enough for a night's sleep, and the price felt fair for what you got.

The staff were nice and accommodating, and the hotel is close to downtown. But the room was unbearably hot, and there wasn't a fan available to rent. The shower was tiny, and its head sent out two painful jets of water. Breakfast wasn't great either.
