Mandjala Camping

For a tent, it was just 5€! Saaremaa's best camping area, with plenty of accommodation choices, including family options and small cabins for two. Some cabins, numbers 51 and 52, have private toilets, and most have nearby private parking for an extra 5€. Sheets cost 5€ more and towels 2€. The staff were friendly, hardworking girls, thank you! There's a free frisbee area, a good-quality kitchen to use, plenty of beach space, and room for campervans.

A night by the sea cost 12 euro for two people, two motorcycles, and one tent. Amazing spot!

The beach is gorgeous and very shallow, and the setting feels clean and idyllic. The food was pretty good too, especially the hearty soup, and the playground was great. The accommodation itself is strictly functional, with very basic rooms and old mattresses. Toilets and showers felt Soviet, right down to water being limited by time. Parking and showers cost extra, which felt like a money grab on top of rental prices that were already not cheap.

We had a great time with our friends and enjoyed every minute. The cabins are right by the beach, where you can swim, have a barbecue or bonfire, relax in a hammock, or play volleyball. Our room was spacious enough for two, with comfy beds, a small table and chair, and even a mirror. Breakfast was really good and cost 7€. The toilet building was always clean, and the shower setup was well designed. The staff were so friendly and ready to help. They even arranged a very late check-in and left our keys in a secret spot. We were really grateful! I didn't manage to take any pictures of the cabins.
