The setting felt spacious and well cared for, with comfortable outdoor terraces. I came in August to get a bride ready for her wedding celebration here. The room was lovely, with a big bed, cosy little windows, a nice atmosphere, and a romantic-looking glass-walled bathroom. My husband waited at the boka pub and said the pumpkin soup was delicious. A beautiful place, well worth visiting for a weekend.

I keep coming back to this small, peaceful hotel. The rooms are roomier than you usually find in hotels and have a nice design, and there’s a restaurant on site. It would be great if breakfast were available in the morning, and if the restaurant stayed open past 21:00.

We ordered three pumpkin soups to take away. They tasted good, but the portions were very small, as the photo shows, and they gave us very few slices of complimentary bread. That wasn’t good enough to make me want to come back.

Our visit after Polli Childrens Zoo was a terrible experience, and the kids’ meal was forgotten twice. My wife and I went in with our two children and ordered. After 50 minutes, I checked on the food and found out the host had forgotten us. There were lots of excuses, then another 30 minutes before my burger arrived. It was just okay. My wife’s duck breast was overcooked and nowhere near pink. The kids’ burger came 15 more minutes later and was basically raw. The service was disgusting. We left with one child unfed, having spent money and a lot of time on an awful restaurant experience. I can’t recommend this place to anyone.
