Tõnise Majatalo

The peaceful, beautiful surroundings were a lovely part of our summer stay at Tõnise Talu. Everything felt well organized, and our room was clean and comfortable. The owners run the place themselves and were especially nice. We all had a great time and would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you!

After a really good breakfast, it was easy to head out and explore Saaremaa, then come back to relax in the courtyard hammocks or seats. The setting is peaceful, the owners are warmhearted, and the place is clean and nicely decorated. Even during hot summer nights, it stayed cool enough to sleep comfortably. A lovely place for a stay of several days.

We had a delicious dinner here one evening, and breakfast was very good each morning. The owner was lovely, and the rooms were lovely too. We were a big group staying for a couple of days, with lots of indoor and outdoor space to gather or find some time alone. The sauna was tiny, but it was a great experience. I hope I can return.

This quiet, picturesque farmstead feels like stepping back in time. It has a private inner courtyard, fruit trees, and centuries-old buildings that have been renovated. There’s a sheep pasture nearby, and a beautiful village all around. The food is excellent, made with fresh ingredients and local produce.
