The main drawback was getting our dogs up and down the exterior metal-grating stairs in the evening. They felt more like a fire escape than proper stairs, and the dogs found them uncomfortable and painful, so we had to carry our big dogs. The reception closes in the evenings, when guests use those stairs to reach their rooms. Apart from that, we were happy: good value, a decent room, a very good breakfast, friendly service, and a nice location by the Pärnu riverside. It's pet friendly, but if you're bringing animals, be ready to carry them on the stairs.

We were only there for one night, and it was good. The staff were helpful, parking was free, and breakfast was fine. There's also a small play area for kids in the restaurant. The main attractions in Parnu are close by.

The beds were comfortable and the room had heating, but there was no smart TV. The bathroom smelled of plumbing, and there was no fridge. Breakfast was just okay for me: the eggs were overcooked, the bacon cold, and the beans lukewarm. At 5:30 there was no staff or service, so nothing to eat or drink. BYO dinner.

It's a lovely spot, whether you come by sea or by land. There are two restaurants, yacht services, and a tiny marine shop, plus a small outdoor playground for children and a little playroom inside the restaurant. Prices are a little above average, but acceptable.

We spent a few days visiting the guest harbor. The marina is sheltered, and the piers and buoys were in good condition. Things worked well, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities could use more frequent cleaning: some toilets had run out of paper and were generally untidy. It wasn't a deal breaker, but it's worth mentioning.
