The furniture looked a bit worn, but our room was clean and smelled fresh, and we had clean sheets and towels. We only needed somewhere to sleep and shower, and it did the job. It’s affordable and right in the center of the old town. There was a loud party right below our window early Sunday morning, but it was summertime, so we didn’t complain.

The walls had mold and the carpets were untidy, so I wouldn’t recommend this place for people with asthma. There’s no chalking for disabled guests, either. Breakfast is served at another hotel about 100m away, and you have to ask for the wifi password since they don’t give it to you automatically. Customer service was shockingly bad. The receptionist only asked whether we were paying by card or cash.

It’s cheap and central, with little service and a quiet atmosphere. The beds and showers were decent. The air circulates reasonably well, though hot or cold weather could make the room less comfortable.
