The sea side location and the hotel's history are wonderful, and the room was tastefully furnished with good beds. Breakfast was plentiful. Still, it felt like guests barely existed after check-in, with no further information or attention. There's little to do indoors in bad weather: the seating areas aren't inviting, there's no proper bar space, and company events can make that area unavailable. No spa or cooperative venture either. The place has plenty of potential, but the peeling exterior could use fresh paint. It's fine for a straightforward beach holiday. In summer, parking is €15 per day, and we'd recommend a sea-view room with a balcony.

What a nice surprise. From outside the hotel looks a little dated, but inside, including our room, was lovely. Our standard suite was spacious and very quiet, and having a kettle with tea and a fridge was useful while travelling. Breakfast had good choices too. We especially liked the gluten-free bread, the 4-grain porridge made with water instead of milk, and oat milk for cereal. The steamed vegetables were delicious.

I've travelled for years and stayed in hotels around the world, but this was the most disappointing one I've come across. We were three people and found only a double bed, with no extra bed in the room. When I asked the male front desk staff about it, he responded, "What do you mean? What do you want?" and said there was no housekeeping staff then. He barely explained anything, showed no regret or apology, and didn't offer a kind word. We usually avoid writing negative reviews because everyone has a hard time and we prefer to let things go. But the man at the desk was so rude that I felt I had to speak up, so others pay attention and don't get misled.

The beach is right in front of the hotel, and the interior is very stylish. We enjoyed our stay and really appreciated being given a room upgrade. Service was brilliant, and the spacious breakfast room was quiet, with a good selection. I can imagine this place must be unbelievable in summertime. Thank you, I'd highly recommend it.
