The rooms were good, and the hotel was okay, but the spa was lacking. It felt a bit cold, and the kids' area was tiny. It's fine if you're travelling without a child, but less so with one, even though the huge playground does help make up for it.

The bed was comfy and the view was nice, and the staff were amazingly kind. Still, the hotel, spa, parking, and breakfast were so overcrowded that it was hard to find space at the spa or even a seat at breakfast. I don't think I'd return. It was a shame that the administration was at such a high level, with no other positive things about the hotel.

It was cold in our room because the balcony door wouldn't close all the way, letting the cold air in. The SPA could be warmer too. Once you get out of the pool, you have to run so you don't freeze.

The staff were comfortable. Our room was basic but comfy and clean, and we liked the spa and pool area. It has one large and one smaller pool, plus a children's pool, a jacuzzi, and cold tubs. There's a Finnish sauna at 90 degrees, a milder 50-degree sauna, and a steam sauna. I preferred the 90-degree one. Breakfast was nice, much like at other Hestia hotels, and parking right outside is free.

The spa was a great way to unwind after long workdays during my week-long business trip. The room was cozy, and breakfast was good, though there weren't many options. It was a great experience and I'd definitely recommend it.
