The breakfast was just average and the food arrived cold, though the small selection of vegetables, lettuce, peppers, and cucumbers, was fresh. The stained chair upholstery and unfriendly staff didn’t help. Mostly, the poor cleanliness made this a negative stay. There was an unpleasant smell right at the entrance, and the reception furniture looked dirty. Straw, dirt, and dust covered the carpets in the corridors and staircases. My room smelled strongly of cigarettes and sweat. The carpet was so worn and filthy I wouldn’t step on it without my own slippers. The bedding didn’t seem clean, and the towels were shabby and torn. The bathroom had an old, dirty shower curtain I tried not to touch, which meant water splashed across the floor. There were broken hangers, and just two hangers total in a double room, clearly not enough. The price doesn’t fit the quality, and I wouldn’t stay again.

The food was awful. I got stomach problems straight away, and after every meal. The building is old and unclean, with small, thin beds that are really bad for an Estonian winter.

The breakfast was good, but you have to clear your own dishes)) The room noise was awful too. I could hear a phone vibrating next door, never mind people talking about love at 4:00 a.m. There’s no sound insulation. And despite Google Maps saying there’s air conditioning in every room, there was none, and not even a fan. I get that Estonia only has summer for two days a year, but still... They could at least put mosquito nets on the windows, but they haven’t. It’s the most horrible place I’ve stayed in over the last 5 years.

We stayed in August for our kid’s football tournament. The staff were caring and really helpful with every issue, thanks again to them! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the food was good too. Good value for the price.
