Tallink Spa and Conference Hotel

Amin at the reception made a lasting impression on our whole family during our January stay in Tallinn. Whenever we talk about the trip, someone brings him up by name. He took time to show us places on the map and gave us helpful local suggestions for things to do and places to go. His care and personal attention felt sincere, which is rare in a hotel. We had a wonderful stay at Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel, and they should be proud to have Amin on staff.

The bed was the most comfortable one I’ve had in a hotel for a long time, and the shampoo and conditioner in the shower were really high quality. I’m taking off a star because our room was over the restaurant downstairs. The scraping chairs and banging from there got very noisy.

Breakfast was good, though the menu didn’t offer much choice. The hotel is nicely designed, with a calm atmosphere, and the staff were polite and helpful, but service could be slow at busy times. The room also hadn’t been cleaned properly. I enjoyed the spa, and the sauna and pool were well maintained, but it often felt crowded. I’d hoped for a quieter, more exclusive feel, and found it hard to fully relax. It was a satisfactory stay with some nice features, though better facilities and value for money would make it stronger.

We really liked our White Suite. It was comfortable and pleasant, and breakfast was standard but had everything we needed. The saunas were fine, though the spa area wasn’t to our liking: the floor was very slippery and the pool could use cosmetic renovation. Our grandmother stayed with us, but her room was very cold. Reception offered a heater, and there wasn’t a kettle in her room either. Thank you.
