Being right beside Tallinn's fabulous old town, with its history and beautiful old buildings just steps away, was the best part. The apartment itself was a letdown for the price. In Apt. #8, the dishwasher didn't work, and we were told there were no plans to fix it. The toilets wouldn't flush properly and smelled of urine when we arrived; they were never cleaned well. Cleaning was poor in general: dust was left everywhere, and staff only mopped the middle of the floor with a damp mop, spreading dirt around. The TV was old, and many remote functions didn't work. It felt like a rip-off.
