The room was comfortable, and I had a good view from the 6th floor. The building felt modern and clean, with the airport and Ulemiste shopping center nearby. I was there for one night on a business trip. Check-in before 3 PM wasn’t possible, and the code didn’t work earlier. Still, it’s a practical place in a convenient location, and I’d recommend it.

I stayed one night before an early flight from TLL, and it was under a 10 minute walk to the airport. The room was well appointed, and the price was very reasonable. There was no support staff, which was a first for me at a hotel, but it caused no problems during my stay.

On my new reservation, I found a lot of spiders in the room. I also noticed that the two tea bags supplied were herbal, though I’d expected black tea. The bigger problem was the ventilation in the summer heat. On the night of July first, after several hours, it was still 23.9 even though I’d set it to 18. That was at night.

The customer service was disgusting. This doesn’t feel like a proper hotel that can handle basic requests such as early check-in. I’d avoid it and choose somewhere similarly priced for peace of mind.

Stay alert if you rent long term. Even after returning the apartment in perfect condition, they still took 300EUR from me for final cleaning. This feels like a scam.
