The porridge at breakfast was tasty, even though the breakfast itself was small, and the staff were very polite. There’s a cute cat in the house too. Just check before booking, since some rooms don’t have their own bathroom. The shared one is spacious. A wood factory about 1 km away runs around the clock and makes some noise.

I rented the sauna house recently for a birthday and it worked out well. Communication was good, and I’d definitely recommend it. The food is always really good, and the events are great too!

The loud singing and music starting at 6 am on Sunday meant there was no chance of sleeping. We were also there with our dog for a few nights, but the owner’s large dog was loose and tried to attack ours. We managed to get our dog back into the room quickly. We asked the owner to put their dog away, but it was loose again the next day. I politely asked for it to be kept away, and that didn’t happen. We often go to Võru, but we won’t be visiting this place again. If you have a dog, I strongly recommend staying away. Too bad.

Breakfast was included in the price, and the family were kind. The room had everything I needed: it was clean, with a shower, toilet, and hot water. It’s pet-friendly too.
