The apartment had plenty of room for our family or group, and the location made getting around easy. Town Hall Square in the Old Town was a relaxed 15-minute walk away. There was also a grocery market right next door with cheeses, meats, sausages, sweets, baked goods, and whatever else we needed. We put together tasty breakfasts and light dinners there instead of eating out every time. We made good use of the sauna on chilly days, when it never got above 11. We set its timer for about how long we expected to be out walking, so it was warm when we got back. After long walks in the cold, that felt great, and we slept so well afterwards. The apartment also had a phone with a local SIM and internet that we could take along on walks, which was handy. For anyone arriving by car, there's private parking right outside the windows. The courtyard is gated, and the fob provided in the apartment opens the gate. Rain was the one thing that disturbed us. It hammered on the metal balcony on the second floor above the bedroom windows, and woke my wife and me early in the morning. It didn't bother us too much, but light sleepers will definitely notice it.
