The bathroom was the main snag. The shower curtain didn't reach the floor, so water splashed out and left much of the bathroom wet. They supplied a squeegee, but the floor still stayed kind of damp. A few extra towels, especially foot towels, would help. The check-in email could also mention the floor, since the levels included numbers like 4 and 4a. That's a small point, though. The apartment was clean and comfortable, communication was quick and responsive, and check-in was easy. We enjoyed our stay at the Thomas Apartments, with an easy 10-15 minute walk to old town or Kadriorg Park.

The service was great and the apartment was nice. If yours faces the street, I'd bring earplugs.

For the price, it's a decent place for a few days, and the location is handy for walking to the old town. The apartment was clean, though cramped, and the bed was comfortable. I liked the courtyard-facing terrace, but cobwebs and spiders covered it, so it was practically unusable. The large ceiling fan was a nice touch and moved air quietly. The bathroom didn't work well for us: the shower is tiny, with only a curtain, and it leaves almost the whole floor wet. The kitchenette has just the basics, and I doubt anyone plans serious cooking here. The tiny TV was unnecessary when a smartphone gives you a much better view.

The apartment was fine for a short visit, though it wasn't especially pleasant. Its best feature was the handy location, with the old town a quick walk or tram ride away. We'd booked a terrace room but were given a street-facing apartment instead. Traffic was too busy to leave the window open at night, and the room got very hot. The tiny bathroom is quite an adventure since the shower floods the floor. The bed was upstairs via a narrow staircase, which could be hard for some older guests. Maybe the rooms with private terraces are quieter and better laid out.
